We are more than just an online gaming platform. ink789 is a community, a trust, and a long-term commitment to Malaysian players across the country.
Ink789 started from a simple question: why should Malaysian players have to compromise? Why should they use overseas platforms that don't understand local needs — with slow payment processes, customer support in a foreign language, and interfaces not optimised for the smartphones most Malaysians use?
That question drove a group of local entrepreneurs and tech engineers to establish ink789 in 2019. From the very start, the decision was clear: this platform would be built for Malaysia, by people who truly understand Malaysia.
Over more than five years, ink789 has grown from a small platform into one of the most sought-after online entertainment destinations in the country. Over 500,000 active members, millions of ringgit in wins paid out, and a community that grows stronger every day — none of this happened by chance. It is the result of hard work, an unwavering commitment to quality, and most importantly, the trust our players have placed in us.
From day one to today, ink789's mission remains the same: to provide a safe, fair, fun, and trustworthy online entertainment experience for all Malaysians. We believe that online gaming, when done responsibly and in a transparent environment, can be a genuinely valuable source of entertainment.
We never take lightly the trust our players place in us. Every transaction, every win, every interaction with our support team — all handled with full professionalism and integrity. This is why players who started with ink789 in 2019 remain loyal to us today.
What sets ink789 apart from most other platforms is how we see our members — not merely as "users" or "customers", but as a community that supports one another. Player feedback has always been the foundation of every development decision we make.
When players asked for faster DuitNow support, we worked hard to make it happen. When they suggested adding new bingo rooms, we listened and acted. When they reported technical issues, our team responded promptly. This responsive culture is what makes ink789 feel more like a friend than a distant corporate giant.
